We don’t want to disappoint other Perkers, so if you can't make a class, please cancel at least 12 hours beforehand and we’ll refund your class credit to your account and offer your class to the Waitlist.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class we’re sorry but we can’t refund your credit. -
Had a big night out? If you cancel more than 12 hours before the class, your account will be refunded with a class credit for you to use for a future class.

Some classes are insanely popular. If you missed out, you can join the online waitlist. We automatically allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. Payment is either taken as a single class booking or valid class pack credit.
If you’re on the waitlist and a spot becomes available < 8 hrs of class starting, you’ll be sent an email confirmation of your booking. The automated waitlist closes 8 hours before the class starts.
N.B. Our standard cancellation policy applies to bookings made via waitlist, even if that booking is given within the 12 hr cancellation window, so be sure to manage your waitlist entries accordingly!

Class Packs expire 8 weeks from the date the first class in the pack is taken.

Credits cannot be extended beyond the expiry date. We’ll use our discretion for exceptional medical circumstances.

For the reliable regulars. Every 6-8 weeks the schedule is updated with upcoming classes–this set of classes is a new ‘class series’. If you want to come to the same class time every week (e.g every Tuesday at 6.30am), you can pre-book the series. Payment for each class in the series is taken 2 weeks prior to the start date. This can be paid either with class pack credits in your account or is charged as a single class booking should there be no credits.

Congrats! We have lots of women who are in class right up until their due date. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.
Please make sure that your instructor knows you are pregnant before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you. If you have any questions regarding class participation please feel free to reach out to us via email: hello@perklondon.com

Yes Mama! Once you get the all-clear from your doctor, you can Perk. Please tell us at the start of class so we provide appropriate modifications.

We all have to start somewhere, and Perk is a great place to start. We’re mega honoured you want to start/restart your journey with us. This is a friendly and supportive crew.
We have modifications for every fitness level. Please let your instructor know of any health conditions before class starts.

If you have a pre-existing injury, Perk is a fantastic form of rehab as we offer modifications and adaptations for nearly every exercise! Each class is designed for every level of fitness, with options to advance or modify movements depending on your circumstances.
We work with a variety of injuries from slipped discs, bad knees to broken toes. An injury should never mean you can’t exercise and our expert teachers are always able to provide assistance to anyone needing to adapt. We will keep you safe while we strengthen your body.
Private sessions can also provide you with a more tailored approach to support recovery and strengthen the area of your injury. Give us a shout if that might be right for you!

It totally depends on your lifestyle and circumstances, but our regular Perkers swear by 2-3x times a week. If you are new to exercise, we suggest 1-2x a week to build up your stamina. And if you’re already doing team sports or something else you love, supplement with Perk 1-2 a week to not only make your fitness program well rounded but to amplify your daily movement.
